Here are a few reminders to make your experience at INTEGRATIVE more relaxing, comfortable, and successful.
We kindly ask that you...
• Make Yourself At Home
Above all, we’ve designed our center with you and your needs in mind, and hope that you will feel comfortable in the space. We are here, after all, to assist you on your journey toward wellness. Help yourself to a warm cup of tea, take a few moments to pause during your busy day, peruse our lending library and magazines, and relax in our waiting room before or after your appointment.

Timeliness and Cancellation To ensure the best care for each patient or client, we request that you arrive in a timely manner to your appointment.
If you find that you will be unable to keep an appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance; we often have patients waiting eagerly on a cancellation list for the opportunity to come in. There will be a $45 missed appointment fee for one hour appointments if you fail to give adequate notice of a cancellation or if you miss an appointment; this time is reserved for you in our schedule. We work hard at INTEGRATIVE to maintain our one hour appointments and do not "overbook" our schedule; our goal is to maintain quality care and this is made possible by one-on-one appointments.
• Be Familiar With Our Financial Policy
In your initial paperwork, you will sign a financial policy agreement that states your responsibility as a patient. We ask that you be familiar with your insurance, as every patient’s insurance policy specifics differ.
We also kindly ask that patients be prepared to pay their co-pays at the time of treatment.
• Avoid Fragrance and Other Oils
Many visitors to the center may be sensitive to perfumes or oils. Please refrain from using fragrance before your appointment. Thank you.
• Use Caution When Wearing Jewelry
As with any exercise program or therapeutic session, please be aware of how your jewelry may affect your physical movement or interfere with your treatment. If you feel your jewelry may interfere with your exercises or treatment, please remove it before your appointment.
• Cell Phone Policy
While we understand that there are certain phone calls you must take, please be mindful that there are other patients receiving treatment, as well as massages in session that require a peaceful setting. Noise carries easily in the space and can disturb others. If you feel you must take a phone call, please step outside. Thank you.
• Be Aware of your Noise Level
Above all, INTEGRATIVE is focused on healing. We appreciate your cooperation by being mindful of your volume level while in the space, as we often have massages and treatments taking place that require a peaceful environment. Thank you.
